What You’ll do at Qred 
As Partnerships Sales Manager you will be responsible for the success and growth of Qred partnerships in the Finnish market. The main goal of this role is to establish and onboard new partnerships and nurture existing ones. Your mission is to develop new Partnerships to expand Qred’s reach among small business and further set a new standard of partnership in small business lending. 

What you will be doing:

  • Onboard new partners from prospect to onboarding
  • Educate prospective partners on Qred’s value proposition for their customers through presentations and demos
  • Phases of the partner acquisition cycle: identify prospective partners, meeting with partners, structuring mutually aligned incentive-based partnership terms, negotiating contracts, closing, onboarding and handover
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the company: Chief Growth Officer, Partnership Manager of other markets, Sales, Tech, Marketing and Legal 
  • Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight opportunities or tactics to attract new partners
  • Become a domain expert in your partner verticals to provide valuable feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales on our partner value propositions and positioning

The chief goal of the Partnership Sales Manager is to expand Qred’s reach among small businesses in an efficient and innovative way. This includes Partnerships with both small businesses (typical loan customers) all the way to strategic partnerships (accounting platforms and banks).

  • Being the first point of contact for many new partner prospects you should promote Qred in a professional yet friendly manner 
  • Open new doors and make an impact in the community. Some partnerships will result in quick returns, whereas others can be more long term value   

Transparency: Be a disciplined planner, and ensure stakeholder management:

  • Pro-actively report operational performance to Chief Growth Officer, Country Manager or the CEO as needed; make requests for resources with emphasis on cost-benefit to the broader strategy
  • Share best practices in the Team, and become Qred’s #1 expert for Partnerships (established and future prospects) off the local market 

Requirements on previous experience and education

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (2+ years)
  • You didn’t invent a coding language but know what an API is
  • You talk the talk and walk the walk (Advanced oral and written language skills in Finnish and English) 
  • You can do the elevator pitch in a 10 story building
  • You are as good negotiator as Kevin Spacey in the film “The Negotiator” 
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Finnish and English
  • Understand the value of in face to face meetings and phone as communication methods
  • Suitable education in sales or marketing is beneficial, but not required
