Qred is a fast-growing international FinTech scale-up company focused on small business financing. Traditional lenders are slow and expensive. So, one country at a time, we plan on changing this. What a typical day might look like
- Supporting and helping our Dutch customers with arranging payment agreements via several communication channels (phone, email and SMS).
- Handle questions and requests from our external collection companies, trustees and lawyers
- Collaborate closely with The Head of Collections Benelux
- Help us continue to develop our (pre-) collection flow
Who are you?
Our team is our most valuable asset and is fundamental to our success. We are looking for driven people who put the customer first, and who are genuinely interested in entrepreneurship and collections. Among other things, we hope that you:
- Are solution-oriented, driven, and have a good self-knowledge
- Previous experience with customer service
- Have experience in collection (meriting, not required)
- Are interested in service and communication
- Are fluent in Dutch and English
- Want to learn, develop and grow, and not afraid to be hands-on and improve processes
