What You’ll do at Qred
The overall objective for the HR function is to support the company’s ambition for growth, expansion and innovation by developing the people experience and strengthening engagement. In this role, you will be an integral member of the senior management team contributing to the development of the business strategy from a growth, people & culture perspective. A summary of your main responsibilities include:
- Lead and drive the continued development and implementation of Qred's HR Strategy and People & culture plan on both a strategic and operational level.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders in order to assure the people perspective in business decisions and planning.
- Develop the people platform with existing and future digital solutions and actively contribute to organizational efficiency in terms of HR processes and tools.
- Lead and develop the HR function, consisting of a Talent Acquisition Partner and an Office Manager.
- Handle different individual employee matters connected with eg. health, work environment and labour law.
- Promote and foster Qred’s culture via e.g. company and team events and group activities.
Who are you?
In this position we are looking for you who have or work with:

Proven, broad HR competence: what you have done is more important than how many years of experience that you have

Education: An academic degree within a relevant subject such as HR, social sciences, or a business field such as economics or management

Talent evolution: Experience in coaching and influencing business leaders, with corresponding experience in leadership and people management

Performance development: Experience in goal/target setting and measurement/follow-up

A genuine interest in entrepreneurship: you gravitate to fast-growing tech companies

Language: Fluency in English, with other languages meriting
It is beneficial if you have experience:
- From a tech-oriented organization
- In developing an HR function within a start-up/scale-up
- Within leadership and team development
As a person you:
- Are energetic, positive and solution-oriented
- Possess excellent communication skills within a multi-cultural context
- Have the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility, and to engage effectively in all levels of an organization
