Qred’s mission is to turn entrepreneurs' vision into reality by offering simple, accessible, and affordable financial solutions. In the role as Customer Advisor you will offer personal service to our customers to help them set up a tailored business repayment plan. You’ll also help them to grow and manage their business with the help of our products – always in a friendly and positive manner. You will be a part of a team of 10 people, led by our amazing Orhan Vonk, and collaborate closely with our Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Belgian Customer Success teams here at the Stockholm office.

Develop a healthy customer lifecycle by offering personal service and a suitable business repayment plan
Handle questions and requests from our external collection companies
Collaborate closely with The Head of Collections Benelux
Help us continue to develop our (pre-) collection flow
