Ok, sounds cool but what about the role?
As Qred is continuing to grow, we are now looking for our first HR Partner to take responsibility for the whole employee journey for our centrally located office in Malmö. In this role, you will be working in close collaboration with our Head of Factoring, located in Malmö, as well as our Head of HR and the HR team located in the HQ in Stockholm. You will have a significant impact in scaling up and supporting our Sales and Factoring organization, today existing of approx. 30 employees. Since we are an HR team in close collaboration, you will also be involved in other HR-related development projects.
Some of your focus areas will be:
Handle the full recruitment cycle from start to end and look for and evaluate new ways to attract and reach out to potential Qredsters and keep a stern eye on culture fit in every step of the recruitment process
Keep track of onboarding/offboarding and administrate agreements on employment related changes and salary reviews
Be the first point of contact for our employees and managers at the Malmö office with backup from the Head of HR and the rest of the HR team
Drive engagement in Malmö and work in close collaboration with the managers to develop the teams and secure a strong team spirit
Handle payroll coordination and administration to provide our internal payroll with correct numbers and statistics
Handle and resolve various ad-hoc people cases
Have overall responsibility for the office environment, initiate culture-related activities and be an ambassador for our highly valued culture

We are looking for a passionate team member with a strong business mindset. Years of experience will not be the most important aspect - but rather the cultural and personality fit, as we are on a scale-up journey that will require a 10 out of 10 collaboration with everyone involved.
We are looking for someone who has:
A university degree in a relevant field
Hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within a sales-oriented environment
Experience from a similar role or have handled parts of the HR processes mentioned in the role description
Great communication skills and fluency both in Swedish and English
A genuine interest in sales, tech and entrepreneurship
It will be considered a plus if you have:
Demonstrated history of working in scale-up companies in fast-moving environments
As a person it will be crucial that you have :
A pragmatic mindset as you easily get along with different people and at the same time can challenge the status quo with your point of view in a humble and confident way
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently
A positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn and great organizational skills
