We are the first Swedish company to make it to the top 10 list on the Financial Times list of the 1,000 fastest growing companies in Europe, and as we continue to expand, we are now looking for a driven Partnerships Manager focusing on our Finnish market!

As Partnerships Manager at Qred, you are responsible both for establishing new partnerships as well as for nurturing our existing partners.
Your focus will be to create new partnerships and set a new standard for partnerships in financial solutions for small business owners. You will have full ownership and responsibility for the Finnish market, which means you will drive the entire sales cycle from identifying new, potential collaborations to onboarding them as our new, long-term partners. The goal of our new Partnerships Manager is to increase Qred's awareness and reach among Finnish small businesses in an efficient and innovative way.
For example, you will:
- Organize meetings and workshops to educate potential partners about Qred's value proposition for their customers
- Be the expert on the Finnish market and Finnish partners
- Analyze and track key metrics to identify opportunities to further develop existing partnerships
- Be an active team player in the Qred Partnerships Team, where we all continuously contribute insights and creative ideas to further strengthen our offering and products
- Together with our Head of Partnerships Helena, be responsible for our partnerships with everything from smaller companies, such as typical loan customers, to strategic partnerships such as accounting platforms and banks
To thrive in this role you are the person who:
- Nail your elevator pitch in a 10-story building
- Always come up with new things to try, and knows exactly how to pitch your idea to get everyone on board
- Likes to talk, never hesitates to pick up the phone, and are fluent in both Finnish and English
- Goes all in! Whether it's Fuzzball, Backgammon, or signing new partners - our team is a bunch of competitive people and hopefully you are too ;)
Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest:
- You have experience in sales, preferably B2B
- You may not be a developer, but you know what an API is
