What is Qred?

Qred is the market leader in corporate loans to small businesses. Based in Stockholm since 2015, we are present in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands. Our goal is to help and empower small businesses grow quickly, safely and simply with our funds.

We are growing rapidly and today we are a motivated team of >45 people. Qred has acquired significant share in a market traditionally dominated by major banks by being customer-centric and using innovative digital processes. We are entrepreneurs ourselves and we have genuine interest in the business of our customers.

To take the next step in our development and vision to offer the market's best service, we want to strengthen our Dutch team further. In your team you will work closely with 3 other Dutch colleagues and a dozen colleagues in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We have a very international team and your colleagues have diverse professional backgrounds.

What we offer

What a typical day might look like

  • Supporting and helping our customers with questions concerning service, credit applications and payments via several communication channels
  • Handle loan questions and requests both from first-time and repeat customers, working with our Data Science team
  • Collaborate closely with Swedish, Danish and Finnish colleagues within Customer Success
  • Help us continue to develop our tools, such as QSA (Qred Score Algorithm)
  • Help us improve automation with machine learning and various underwriting tools

Who are you?

Our team is our most valuable asset and is fundamental to our success. We are looking for driven people who put the customer first, and who are genuinely interested in entrepreneurship. Among other things, we hope that you:

  • Are solution-oriented, driven, and have a good self-knowledge
  • Have experience with debt collection, customer service or finance
  • Interested in service and communication
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (other languages e.g. French are meriting)
  • Want to learn, develop and grow, and not afraid to be hands-on and improve processes
