With our team of more than 200 Qredsters covering 6 EU markets, we are now looking for a Country Manager to help lead the next chapter in our growth journey as a bank.
In this context, Qred and our Swedish customer team are in an exciting phase of our company’s journey characterised by best-in-class customer service, smart product development and modern use of cutting-edge technology. Now, our Country Manager Sweden for the past 3 years has accepted a senior role in our Customer Success department, opening up this position for a new star to lead Team Sweden.
What You’ll do at Qred
You'll report to one of Qred’s co-founders, the Chief Customer Officer, and be responsible for our Swedish customer team. You’ll focus on customer relations, quality and compliance, and credit assessment; you’ll also affect marketing, distribution and product offering. This is a great opportunity to lead a highly motivated team in a high-growth financial services segment. Among other things, you will:
Manage and lead the Swedish country team, with emphasis on daily coordination with Underwriting and Collection, in conjunction with Credit and Finance.
Ensure prompt, comprehensive handling of customer applications and CRM tasks.
Foment culture of laser-like focus on customer service, developing our highly regarded customer experience, and measuring progress (reviews, NPS, etc).
Coordinate people recruitment, management, and development with Chief Customer Officer and HR. Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.
Become Qred’s #1 expert for local market knowledge and trends; be the chief evangelist for Qred in Sweden to customers, staff and other stakeholders.
Pro-actively report operational performance to the Chief Customer Officer, broader senior management or the CEO as needed.
Drive strategic vision for the market, agreeing targets, distribution, and resources.
Collaborate with other colleagues within Customer Success.
Finally, most important of all, be a ‘lead-by-example’ leader that upholds Qred’s core values and culture.

In addition to this, you are a fluent Swedish speaker, willing to work from our office in Stockholm.

Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
Relevant work background from banking or insurance strongly encouraged; challenger fintech experience brings extra merit
