Now a team of 200+ Qredsters, covering 6 EU markets, Qred is presently looking for a Country Manager to kick off and help write the next chapter in our growth journey. The Country Manager will have a central role as we build this new market from scratch, orchestrating our efforts to assemble the technical and organisational components, and form the foundation of our German business.

What You’ll do at Qred

You'll report to one of Qred’s co-founders, the Chief Customer Officer, and coordinate our efforts to ensure the technical integrations and solutions we need in Germany, while also growing and leading our German customer success team. You’ll help establish our digital presence and product offering, connect credit and customer data integrations, and enable digital contract signing. You’ll also focus on customer relations, quality and compliance, and credit assessment. In addition, you will:

• Translate and adapt our product to the German market, including all value-chain components

• Recruit, hire and build the German customer service team, supporting recruitment in marketing and partnerships, instilling Qred’s culture

• Manage and lead our German team, with emphasis on daily coordination with Underwriting and Collection

• Make Qred DE a best-in-class experience for SME owners, ensuring quality handling of all CRM tasks, and measuring progress (reviews, NPS, etc)

• Contribute toward a go-to-market plan and strategic vision for the market, agreeing targets, distribution and marketing plans, and resources

• Pro-actively report operational performance to the Chief Customer Officer, broader senior management or the CEO

• Become Qred’s #1 expert for local market knowledge and trends; be the chief evangelist for Qred to customers, staff and other stakeholders

• Finally, most important of all, be a ‘lead-by-example’ leader that upholds Qred’s core values and culture
