We are looking for a goal-driven and motivated Partnerships Manager for our Finnish market!
As a Partnerships Manager at Qred, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth by identifying and securing new partners as well as nurturing our existing partners. Together with our current and future partners we can really make a difference for small businesses in Finland. You will have full ownership and responsibility for the Finnish market, which means you will drive the entire sales cycle from identifying new, potential collaborations to onboarding them as our new, long-term partners. A potential partner can be for example a financial advisor reselling Qred’s products or an accountant providing financing for their customer base. In order to reach new potential partners, you will do prospecting and make plenty of cold calls on a daily basis. You will also be finding efficient and innovative ways to increase Qred's visibility amongst the SMEs in Finland.

Who: We are looking for a quick-witted and hardworking sales professional who is not afraid of ambitious targets or mastering the art of cold calls
Where: Bulevardi, Helsinki or Drottninggatan, Stockholm (it's up to you!)
Start: As soon as possible
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (plus occasional events outside of regular working hours)
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary plus performance-based bonuses

What we expect from you
Experience in B2B sales, especially new customer acquisition via cold calling
Fluent in Finnish and English
Proactive in improving and developing our existing operations
Determined, ambitious and competitive attitude
Extra points if you have experience in entrepreneurship or have worked with entrepreneurs before.

The work is mainly done in the office located at Bulevardi in Helsinki but the job also involves regular client meetings and communication with the headquarters in Stockholm.
