What is Qred?

With a fully digitalised process, Qred has taken a large share of the market traditionally dominated by large universal banks. As the Nordic market leader, our ambition now is to continue to grow our international footprint to Norway – we are therefore looking for a talented and highly-motivated individual for the role of Country Manager.

What will you do at Qred? 

The Country Manager will be responsible for the launch and growth of Qred’s business in this market. You will help us build a highly efficient and agile unit modeled on Qred’s operations in Scandinavia. From our base in Stockholm, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Norwegian operations, including marketing, customer relations and credit assessment, supported by our team of experts. This is a great opportunity to learn how to build a business from scratch, learning from experienced serial business builders.

Once we are up and running, you will be hands on in the credit underwriting process, so you will evaluate and process new and repeat customer applications. Judging creditworthiness and making an appropriate offer is a complex skill that we look forward to helping you develop. We assume you to have a genuine feel for customer communication and the capability to utilise modern technology to assess applications, including our QSA (Qred Score Algorithm).

How You’ll Contribute

  • Translate and adapt our product to the Norwegian market, including all value-chain components
  • Manage Qred NO as a best-in-class experience for small business owners
  • Process customer applications and determine offers using proprietary QSA
  • Build the team including customer service, marketing, and distribution
  • Contribute toward a marketing plan to make targeted and compelling offers
  • Report financial performance and ROI
  • Be the chief evangelist for Qred in Norway to customers, staff, and other interested parties

  • Leader…You want to drive your own processes and good at making judgment decisions.
  • Relationship Builder… Experience from sales and capability to help new team members develop necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Tech Interested…Technology at the very least fascinates you! We can deliver a customer experience and quality service today that was not possible just a few years ago.
  • Native Norwegian speaker…who is keen to work from our base in Stockholm.
  • Bonus if you are… an accomplished entrepreneur who also has experience in a finance-related field. Our customers require straight talk and solutions to common business challenges like growth, investment, and working capital needs. Understanding how they work – their operations, circumstances, and perspectives – is crucial for building customer relationships.
