Machine learning put to practice
At Qred, ML and data is what we do. And of course we work with the latest solutions and technology, why wouldn’t we?
We put together Backend Developers, Frontend Developers with UX designers and Data Scientists, to be able to efficiently do our daily work and create a feeling of ownership for our products. Every team setting is led by an Engineering Manager and a Product Manager, to make sure everyone is included, listened to, aligned, and heading in the same direction.
We rival the old banks
And we need to act like rivals, so we would expect you to think outside the box and actively try new ideas. We encourage A/B testing and expect that you define and follow up metrics and goals.
We also believe in the trust in our developer’s capability of implementing, testing, reviewing, deploying daily, and operating their software in production.
Great people nurture great culture
