As we scale, we are now looking for a Collection Recovery Specialist to be part of our journey to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.

About the role

As a Collection Recovery Specialist at Qred, you will be part of a small but impactful team responsible for overseeing internal and external collection-related processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Collections, you will collaborate with customer success team leads and representatives to resolve both easier and more complex collection issues. Your problem-solving skills and analytical acumen will drive decision-making and improve our processes. You will contribute to strategic initiatives while assisting with customer-facing tasks, ensuring a balance between collections efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure alignment between pre-collection activities and customer experience objectives.

• Address and manage customer requests related to collections, offering tailored solutions and innovative approaches.

• Develop and implement strategies to proactively engage customers before defaults occur, such as reminder calls, personalized emails, or customized payment plans.

• Analyze and visualize pre-collection data to generate insightful reports and track early delinquency trends.

• Manage and optimize forbearance measures, including new payment plans or amortization-free periods, to mitigate payment delinquencies.

• Test and evaluate new tools, processes, or strategies through pilot programs, providing feedback to assess their scalability and effectiveness.

• Support cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving collections and credit risk management.
