As we scale, we are now looking for a Collections Representative for our Norwegian Market to be part of our journey to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.

The Norwegian market launched in 2022, and our mission is to turn entrepreneurs' visions into reality by offering simple, accessible, and affordable financial solutions.

As part of our growing team, your primary responsibility in the role of Collections Representative will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers while helping to reduce credit losses in the market. You’ll report to our Country Manager Kristina and collaborate closely with customer success teams, other collection representatives, and various departments to ensure best practices are followed and results are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to customers across phone, email, and chat, assisting them with repayment queries and resolving any concerns
  

• Make proactive outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments, discuss payment options, and ensure clear communication
  

• Manage customer repayment plans, offering tailored and feasible solutions that align with both the customer’s situation and Qred’s objectives
  

• Analyze repayment patterns and customer profiles to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve the overall collections experience
  

• Collaborate closely with our collection agency to negotiate settlements and repayment plans that benefit both the customer and Qred

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English, as it’s our company language, and Swedish or Norwegian since you will be working with our Norwegian customers
  

• A background in pre-collections, collections, or other relevant finance-related role
  

• A flexible and positive mindset that thrives in dynamic environments with changing priorities, policies, and responsibilities
  

• A proactive approach to improving processes and delivering customer-centric solutions
  

• The ability to build trust, understand customers’ needs, and engage with them at a personal level
  

• Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively and independently

What will make you stand out from the rest:

• Fluent Norwegian is not mandatory, but understanding the language or having previously worked with Norwegian customers is an advantage
  

• Experience in credit risk, underwriting, or repayment management is a plus
