As we scale, we are on the lookout for a self-motivated and talented Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive our growth strategy. 

This is a fixed-term, 12-month parental leave cover, but since Qred is growing fast, there’s a strong possibility for extension or even a permanent role for the right candidate.

Ok, sounds cool but what about the role?

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Qred, you’ll play a big part in continuing to establish our digital presence by analyzing, optimizing and developing paid marketing campaigns. You will be a part of Qred’s Performance Marketing team and report to the Performance Marketing Manager.

Some of the tasks will include:

• Optimising campaigns across multiple channels such as:

  • Google Ads

  • Facebook Ads Manager

  • Microsoft Advertising

  • LinkedIn Ads

• Work with tracking in tools like GA4, Tag Manager, QuickSight, Google Looker Studio & Funnel.io

• Work out acquisition strategies across different countries together with the team using metrics such as CLV, ROI & more.

• Performing keyword research & analysis.

• Ad production & A/B testing

• Get broad insights into other aspects of digital marketing.

• Managing & setting up APIs.

To succeed in this role we believe that you have a strong passion for analysis and data. You are familiar with the marketing channels of performance marketing and are comfortable in handing off recommendations to our developers and other stakeholders.

You are skilled in identifying trends and insights in order to be on top of our performance marketing efforts. Furthermore, you are comfortable in getting and giving feedback to all team members and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing preferably within a digital-oriented business environment.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in running basic tests, collecting and analysing data and results.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting and data analysis.
