With strong backing, a flat organization, and bold growth plans, we’re now looking for a Partnership Manager for the Swedish and Norwegian market.

As our next Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving growth in Sweden and Norway by developing, managing, and scaling innovative partnerships. In the beginning, your main focus will be finding and securing new partners such as accounting platforms, financial advisors, and other services that work with small businesses. Over time, you will assume full ownership of both markets, managing the entire sales cycle. This includes identifying and engaging potential partners, overseeing the onboarding process, and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. You’ll be key to increasing Qred’s reach and visibility among small business owners. You’ll work closely with our Head of Partnerships Helena, and the rest of the Partnership team to shape the future of how partnerships fuel Qred’s success.
What you will be doing
Identify, approach, and close new partnerships
Lead meetings and workshops that showcase Qred’s value
Act as our go-to expert on the Swedish and Norwegian markets
Analyze and optimize existing partner relationships to drive growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new partner initiatives
Work side-by-side with or Head of Partnership to manage a wide range of partnerships
Who you are

You're creative, strategic, and ready to get the whole team pumped
Like the rest of us you are team player with a competitive edge (Fuzzball, backgammon or business - you’re in it to win it)
Fluent in English + Swedish and/or Norweigan
Bonus requirements that make you stand out from the rest:
You have experience in sales, preferably B2B
You have experience in communication and negotiation skills
You understand how APIs work (you don’t have to be a coder, just curious!)
