This is a unique opportunity to own the product marketing strategy for all of Qred's financial products, with an initial focus on driving demand and growth for our highly successful credit card. You'll work in a fast-paced, non-bureaucratic environment with a flat structure where great ideas are quickly put into action.
What You'll Be Doing
As the go-to marketing partner for our products, your main goal will be to translate customer insights into effective, revenue-driving campaigns.
Strategize & Drive Demand: Gathering market and competitive intelligence will be a key part of developing and owning the product marketing strategy. This strategy will focus on driving demand for Qred's financial products, starting with the credit card, by ensuring our offerings are well-positioned for success.
Collaborate & Execute: Work closely with our in-house marketing experts, copywriters, and designers to execute campaigns across key channels, including social media, SEM, SEO/LLM, direct mail, and publisher-led campaigns.
Analyze & Optimize: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and manage budgets to meet ROI targets. You'll use data to spot issues and optimize for conversion and growth.
Refine Messaging: Provide strategic input to create compelling messaging, ad copy, and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
Partner with Teams: Act as the primary marketing partner for our Product Development, partnerships and Customer Success teams.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced product marketer who is a true owner, ready to take the reins and make a significant impact from day one.
Experience: 3+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, financial services, credit cards, or a fast-growing digital company; product cross-selling experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project management.
Acquisition Expertise: Strong knowledge of key acquisition marketing channels (social media, SEM, SEO/LLM, direct mail, publisher-led campaigns).
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with in-house experts and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Data-Driven: Confident with data, performance metrics, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Our corporate language is English, but proficiency in any of our markets’ languages is a big plus.
Hands-on in running campaigns (e.g., direct mail), building dashboards, and supporting with copywriting and translations
Customer-Centric: Ability to translate customer insights into compelling messaging and creative direction.
