We're now looking for Team lead for our Dutch Customer Account Team to own the customer experience within customer accounts, in the Dutch market .
About the role
The Customer Account Team Lead for the Netherlands is responsible for delivering a fast, personalized, and solution-oriented customer experience to maximize conversion and maintain high retention rates for our business loans and credit card.
This role combines operational leadership with management functions, focusing on optimizing the sales pipeline by proactively exploring and closing new sales opportunities with existing leads and customers. You will lead the team, ensuring smooth daily execution by managing the efficient allocation and prioritization of customer inquiries and sales queues within the CRM system.
As one of the three leads in the Dutch Customer Success department, you will collaborate directly with the Collections and Underwriting Team Leads to ensure a cohesive, full-circle approach to managing the country’s risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Sales Coaching
Own the team's performance against critical sales metrics (Conversion Targets and Net Retention Rate - NRR).
Actively engage with key customers and continuously coach the team on consultative selling, value articulation, and objection-handling skills.
Analyze the customer journey to proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Strategy
Lead and develop your team with full managerial responsibility, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management, with a specific focus on strengthening the team’s sales acumen.
Leverage CRM and product expertise to position our products as solutions to customer business challenges.
Collaboration with the Collections and Underwriting team leads to ensuring a cohesive, risk-aware approach.
- Performance Tracking
Maintain track of and report on bonus targets related to conversion volume/rate and NRR growth.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in CRM and product knowledge.
Demonstrated communication, people management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
