We are now looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join our Stockholm office to join us and shape the future of small business owners.

The role

In this role, you will be a technical authority within the Credit Domain. You will lead the strategic development of our credit processes across our core business loans and our growing credit card portfolio. This isn't about just following rules; it's about using your expertise to build, challenge, and optimize the frameworks that allow us to scale safely. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure our risk models aren't just theoretically sound, but practically superior.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Optimization: Take ownership of the credit origination and underwriting processes for both business loans and cards.

• Portfolio Management: Define and monitor the framework for credit limit adjustments, balancing automated efficiency with portfolio health.

• Data-Driven Leadership: Build and maintain advanced dashboards to monitor product performance and identify emerging risk trends.

• Technical Collaboration: Partner with the card and loan product teams to automate credit processes while maintaining high quality and compliance.

• Model Refinement: Provide expert feedback to improve risk models and underwriting practices based on real-world portfolio behavior.

• Policy Evolution: Drive changes in the credit policy to reflect market shifts and internal learnings, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.

• Significant experience in credit and analytics within a bank, fintech, or top-tier consultancy.

• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL for deep-dive analysis.

• Expertise in visualization tools like Amazon Quicksight Power BI, Qlikview or similar.

Skills that will make you stand out

• Experience from credit card businesses, either targeting small businesses or consumers.

• Deep understanding of credit scoring models and their application in lending.

• Project management skills or experience.
