With strong backing, a flat organization, and bold growth plans, we are now looking for a versatile Operations Representative to join us in Stockholm and be a key player in our operational backbone.
About the role
As an Operations Representative at Qred, you are the "Swiss Army Knife" of our Operations team. You report directly to the Operations Lead and act as the bridge between Customer Success, Underwriting, Tech and Partnerships.
Your main mission is to ensure stability for our current products while providing the operational agility needed to launch and support new ones (Qred Card soon also in DE). You will maintain daily workflows, handle compliance, and step in as a critical backup for Underwriting and Collections when business needs arise. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with a lot of variety. It’s perfect for someone who refuses to say "that's not my job," loves solving problems, and wants to understand the full scope of how a fintech bank operates.
You will:
Be the operational backbone: Manage daily operations through all relevant channels, ensuring our customers receive world-class service.
Act as a versatile backup: Step in to support Underwriting and Collections during peak times or absences, ensuring seamless continuity across departments.
Support new products: Play a central role in the rollout of new financial products by quickly mastering new workflows and handling initial administrative tasks.
Own compliance tasks: Work actively with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, acting as a central checkpoint to ensure safety across the market.
Drive improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current and new product flows and suggest corrective measures to the Operations Lead.
Handle administration: Manage essential tasks such as booking payments, handling documentation, and coordinating with Finance and Legal.

A highly flexible mindset—you are comfortable switching contexts from customer service to complex admin or credit tasks within the same day.
A solution-oriented attitude with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Strong communication skills and a love for teamwork.
Fluent in German and good English.
Experiences that makes you stand out from the rest:
Previous experience in banking, fintech, or a similar operational role.
Experience with credit processes, underwriting, or collections is a massive plus.
Strong technical savvy, including CRM knowledge and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
