About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will strategically deploy high-scale budgets across the full-funnel ecosystem, leveraging hands-on expertise in Google, Meta, and various digital channels to drive profitable fintech growth. You will architect a sophisticated tracking stack - integrating GA4, Server-Side GTM, and CAPI - to ensure data precision and signal optimization in a privacy-first landscape. By focusing on unit economics and marketing efficiency, you will lead a specialist team to scale performance through rigorous incrementality testing and advanced multi-touch attribution. This role is central to navigating complex data environments and ensuring sustainable, long-term growth.

Key responsibilites

• Full-Funnel Execution: Expert, hands-on command of the media landscape, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic ecosystems.

• Web Analytics & Data Orchestration: Deep proficiency in GA4 and the technical integration of marketing signals to decode user behavior and site performance.

• Performance-Creative Integration: Bridge the gap between data and design by translating complex performance insights into actionable creative briefs.

• Financial & Growth Intelligence: Strong focus on unit economics (CLV, CAC, ROI and MER) to ensure scalable and profitable growth.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, CS, and Partnership teams to align campaign strategy with product roadmaps.

• Iterative Testing Frameworks: Drive a culture of continuous improvement through constant A/B testing of creatives and campaign structures.'

Platform & Technical expertise

• Platform Mastery: Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.

• Technical Infrastructure: Advanced experience with Tag Manager, Server-Side setups, and GDPR-compliant cookie consent frameworks.

• API Management: Experience managing API connections (Google Ads API, and Meta CAPI) to sync offline conversions.

• Measurement: Proficiency in Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA); experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in a similar role; Fintech experience is a plus.

• Leadership: Proven track record managing a team of 3-4 specialists.

• Scale: Experience managing annual budgets in the range of SEK 200M.

• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language where Qred is active is a plus.
