With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for an Customer Operations Lead to strengthen our operational engine and help our markets scale faster and smarter.

About the role

As Customer Operations Manager, you will own and evolve the operational backbone that powers our regional markets across the Nordics, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium. You will act as an enabler, providing the high-speed workflows and AI tools necessary for local teams to achieve operational excellence and maximize conversion.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and local market teams to remove friction, standardize best practices, and continuously improve how we operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous development of optimized customer journeys to provide markets with "plug-and-play" functional processes.

• Maintaining the central operational "engine" to ensure that task routing and automated workflows are consistently tuned for market use.

• Providing functional guidance across the Nordics, Germany, and Belgium to ensure unified execution and a standardized approach to service quality.

• Driving cross-operational initiatives that markets can implement to increase productivity and lower the cost-per-interaction.

• Leading the functional rollout of AI solutions, acting as the bridge between technical tools and the daily habits of the regional teams.

• Serving as the hands-on link between the markets and central departments like Risk, Marketing, and Finance to resolve operational friction.

Who you are

You are structured, analytical, and execution-oriented. You like turning complexity into scalable systems. You’re comfortable working across teams and markets, and you focus on practical outcomes over theoretical perfection. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and comfortable working in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

You likely bring:

• Experience in process design, BPM, workflow orchestration, or operational excellence

• Experience supporting multi-market or international service operations

• Proven track record of building scalable operational frameworks

• Hands-on experience introducing automation and AI into operational environments

• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies

• A data-driven and continuous-improvement mindset
