Fullstack Developer

We’re a cutting-edge tech-enabled bank on a mission to revolutionize financing for small businesses across 7 markets in northern Europe. Our innovative solutions aim to simplify access to financing and enable growth for small businesses. As we scale, we are now looking for a Fullstack Developer to be part of our journey to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.

About the role

As a Fullstack developer at Qred, you’ll be a part of a cross-functional team together with other Qredsters with different tech competencies. We have a few things in mind when we build our teams, but in general, we put together developers with UX designers, to be able to efficiently do our daily work and create a feeling of ownership for our products. Every team is human-sized and well-structured, being led by an Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and a Tech Lead, to ensure everyone is included, heard, aligned, and moving in the same direction.

We also believe in the trust in our developer’s capability of implementing, testing, reviewing, deploying daily, and operating their software in production.


Requirements

A flexible and positive mindset as well as a strong team spirit

Around 2-4 years of experience in writing, releasing and maintaining web applications as well as integrations, using the following techs:

  • Node.js
  • React
  • Amazon Web Services

If you have the following experience you’ll stick out from the crowd:

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • CloudFormation or CDK
  • CI/CD tools such as Circle-ci, GitHub actions or similar
  • Experience with the fintech industry
