The role
At Qred, you don’t have to ask for permission to make things better - we expect it. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership. As a part of our HR team, reporting to our CHRO and teaming up with our custodian, you are in charge of shaping the everyday experience at our Stockholm office. Whether it’s a broken coffee machine or a fresh idea for how to make a regular day more fun, we’ll trust your instinct to improve, fix, and elevate.
You're the one that makes the office a place where people want to be. Most days, that means keeping everything running: ordering supplies, handling deliveries, checking in with vendors, keeping shared spaces tidy, and making sure the coffee’s fresh and the dishwashers aren’t forgotten. You're also the first person many visitors and Qredsters meet when they arrive. While you'll be responsible for reception, this isn’t a role where you're stuck behind a desk. You’ll move around, solve problems, and make sure everything just works.
And while most days are about the things that keep everything running, there are also the moments when it’s really your time to shine. When we throw a big party or plan a kickoff, you’re the one steering the ship. When planning after works, office breakfasts, and celebrations you’ll run the show from idea to execution, making sure everything feels thoughtful, fun, and like a true reflection of Qred’s vibe.
What we are looking for
We’re not necessarily looking for years of experience, but for the right mindset. If you've worked in an office before, and take pride in being the one who keeps the wheels turning and the vibe up - we want you in our team! The right person for this role gets just as much satisfaction from a well-organized supply cabinet as they do from pulling off a flawless kickoff. You see the small stuff as part of the big picture, and you care about both.
You’re fluent in Swedish and English, bring a service-first attitude, and you're always the first to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
