To continue our growth journey, we’re now looking for an IT Support Engineer who wants to take on a crucial role in building the teams that shape Qred’s future.
About the role
In this role, you’re an enabler, not just support. You’ll work alongside our platform team to eliminate friction and take our automation journey to the next level. We’ve already automated many processes within our ticketing system and MDM, and we expect you to build the solutions that push us even further. The role will include helping our employees with high-quality, hands-on IT support as well as fixing manual bottlenecks.
What you’ll do
Drive Automation: Move us away from manual tasks by automating access management, approvals, and software provisioning.
Own the Experience: Provide direct, in-office IT support for your fellow Qredsters, ensuring they have the tools to succeed from day one.
Manage our Ecosystem: Take full responsibility for our all Apple environment, including MDM (Mosyle), Google Workspace, and software licensing.
Infrastructure & Security: Maintain our office tech, from Unifi/Meraki networks and meeting room setups to client security (MDR) and compliance audits.
Scale the Workflow: Continuously improve our internal "Way of Working" by identifying bottlenecks in how we handle hardware and software requests.
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably with with Mac & iPhone endpoints, and a track record of building your own automations.
You prefer getting things done over over-analyzing. You take ownership of problems until they are solved.
You speak fluent English and thrive in an office-first environment where you interact with the team on-site every day.
